good hotel, small rooms but everything you need is there. Beds are good, Shower was clean. Nice front desk.

BEWARE!!! FRUAD

Booked and paid in advance in full through Agoda. When arrived to the hotel, was told to pay the full amount again because Agoda did not release the payment to them. Did so and now both parties refuse to be responsible and return my money back.

It is not a customer job to pay for your mistake. Kindly return my money back to me.

For others thinking of booking a room with Bu0026B, I recommend you to reconsider and choose other hotels instead. It’s not worth getting angry, your time and effort to chase a refund when you are on holiday.

Nice little hotel if your passing through. Breakfast was nice but a bit crowded due to limit seating.

Good basic hotel. Clean and nice. The towels were a bit worn and thin if I must complain. The breakfast is good enough for me.

If you need to charge your car there is two charging ports very close to the hotel. They are administrated by Lübeck town and you need to create a account to charge there.

It was nice and clean. There were two negative points, firstly the view of the room was to railway. Second, there were no coffee or tea inside the room.

Nice and clean room. Central location to altstadt. Next to the Railway, but with the windows closed you cannot hear it. Very nice staff.
