We were there for dinner. Excellent food and excellent service. Menu was pricey, but we came for a special occasion so that was ok. Probably best dinner place in Travemünde.

Great location but terrible hotel. It’s old and AC is clearly not working in some rooms. Management is pretending it’s fine, despite the fact my family and I have2 rooms and the other room (facing the sun as well and right next door) is wonderfully cold. Warm air is blowing out making it impossible to sleep. Again, it’s clear the Ac is not working in the room (it’s literally hot air coming out) and if they don’t want to work on it they shouldn’t use it in the summer. The grounds are pretty. Breakfast is extraordinary mediocre and reception fairly lost and uninformed. If you get a good room with no problems then no worries. But if you have any issues - you’re SOL.

Visited in 2019, stayed for one very pleasant night. Hotel is impeccable, staff excellent, location amazing. Would love to go again.

Slightly Disappointed is the word that describes my stay. Room was hot even with AC set as low as it could go, no still water in the mini bar over the 2 night stay, no directory on phone, food from kitchen took forever to get on a slow evening but that was a good thing because when it arrived it was pretty bad in fact I would call it terrible. Drinks were good. Staff is very nice Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice.

Unimaginably beautiful location. Unforgettably amazing view from the main restaurant over the sea. Spotless clean and brightly shining. We will be back. Thank you to all of you guys for the excellent service. ????
