Kundenservice gleich null. Ein Stern ist leider auch zu viel aber null geht nicht. Hab jetzt all meinen Freunden und Bekannten geraten, woanders einkaufen zu gehen. Sorry, mind. 14 Kunden verloren. Kleiner Tipp an die Mitarbeiter die genervt sind, Augen auf bei der Berufswahl.

Er scheint nicht kapiert zu haben, das sein wirklicher Arbeitgeber auf der anderen Seite der Theke steht. Sehr schade, das eine Aktion das lange Erlebnis der Kundenfreundlichkeit so kaputtmacht, das man wirklich nur noch kommt, wenn diese Person nicht da ist. Sehr schade.....
