The woman on the counter on 20.06.2019 by 6.30pm was very unfriendly .First of all its her duty to ask zum hier essen oder zum mitnehmen. We got our bread(to go) but sat on the table since our baby wants to eat the bread. We didn't know that we need to pay extra if we want to eat there( we never heard like this). Ok if she asked us to pay for that we could obviously pay that bug. But she didn't that, instead she was asking us leave the table. They way she treated the customer with kids is like ridiculous. I never seen such a worst * woman in the world I would say.

I don't know how Sternenbäck management are keeping the unfriendly women like her in customer service station.
I wish it never happen to any other people.
