Being greeted by friendly and polite staff made our day.
The food is freshly made and cooked right in front of your eyes. The service is unbelievably fast. The restaurant is very stylishly decorated and has a warm atmosphere. Prices are also reasonable.

Cooked fly in my plate and cherry stones in my husband’s salad. What a disgusting place!
As we arrived today to the restaurant, the table was not clean and sticky even after the waiter came and pretended to have cleaned it.
We ordered the Sunday meal 2 times and the plates came uneven at the first glance, one big and the other is smaller, although they should be the same. We started eating until we were almost at the end and I found in my plate a big cooked green fly that I was just about to get in my mouth.
I couldn’t believe my eyes and asked my husband if I’m seeing it right then he showed me what he also was wondering about in his plate and they were cherry stones (eaten cherries).
I talked to the waiter and he said sorry. Then the other one was accusing us by saying why didn’t we return the food in the beginning as if we waited until we almost finished and then we put the cooked fly (that we brought with us) in it. Very terrible, impolite and unprofessional reaction from them. I regret very much that I didn’t take pictures of those disgusting plates. And we regret going there. But it is definitely the last time.

The slowlest service in my life. The food looks really nice but after more that 1 hour (!!!) of waiting for our order to come we decided that we can not wait no more time. For more that 1 hour we didn't even receive our drinks. I will never come here again. Never in my life. Do NOT recommend.

Finally since quite a long time I could enjoy a delicious meal and a tasty cake. This cafe is one of my favourite cafes in Leipzig and I missed it very badly. I'll come back soon again :)

Overall rating: Good Place to eat ????????
Nationality: Turkish cuisine ????????
Staff: okay but fast
Price: Average for the city center, but you will get the same Turkish/Middle Eastern food in the „Eisenbahnstraße“ in Leipzig for less money.
Recommendations:
-The different desserts are great. They have a lot of tasty cakes and quite tasty Baklava.
-The meat dishes are also awesome

So this is actually a good Turkish restaurant right in the city center of Leipzig. And it is the only place in downtown Leipzig where you will get Turkish food. So don’t miss the spot if you are out looking for such a cuisine.

Go there when you have plenty of time. The food takes long to arrive, but it's worth the wait. Amazing preparation and good quantities. The grilled vegetables are a must try as they will heal your soul. They've got enough vegetarian dishes! Italian Starters took long but were yummy as well. The turkish coffee is true to its name and so is the tea. Decent deserts as well. 4.5 stars
