Die Speisekarte ist sehr abwechslungsreich, aber nicht zu groß. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet mit besten Zutaten und wirklich fein abgestimmt. An dem Abend haben wir als Vorspeise den Vitalsalat und den toskanischen Brotsalat gegessen. Als Hauptgang gab es Rehrücken (super zart) und Wolfsbarsch, was beides mit den gereichten Beilagen sehr (!!) gemundet hat. Die Portionen waren von der Größe genau richtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und berät kompetent bei der Weinauswahl. Insgesamt ein äußerst gelungener Abend. Thomas Linke zelebriert eine Küche mit internationalen Einflüssen ohne es zu übertreiben. Fazit: Mein Geheimtipp in Leipzig.
