I had a short stay in Leipzig and found this nice hotel, biergarten included. Nice and comfortable rooms, great staff, fantastic breakfast and obviously plenty of fine German beer. Cycling distance from the lakes and the city. It is not a budget hotel but price value is very good. I really enjoyed staying here ????

No service and bad food
The couple that run the hotel had no feeling for service. We had to wait 90 minutes for some ravioli that was total over cooked. The server didn’t know anything about wine and didn’t try to help. We have traveled a lot in Germany and have always been very happy with the hospitality. But this hotel was a big disappointment.

Very welcoming after a long drive. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and the breakfast was unbelievable! The hotel staff is extremely warm and inviting. 5 stars we will stay here every time we visit Leipzig.

Excellent value! Large clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly knowledgeable staff , excellent location near public transit and across street from beautiful park. The grounds of the hotel itself are park-like with outdoor patios and children's playground. One of the highlights was the excellent buffet breakfast every morning! We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

The Hotel seems aged, but comfortable and kind service when I get into the room. it's good that there's a big desk for work. single soft bed quite nice for sleep. but the transportation is not so convenient for traveler to get the public trans.

Very nice and clean hotel great location. Close to everything, by tram. Restaurant Staff very nice, could be more attentive, otherwise great service. I own two restaurants and the restaurant food was great! I tried everything on the menu! Also, I had stopped eating burgers abroad(Europe) years ago and decided to try theirs, and their burger has to be the best I’ve had in Germany and possibly Europe! Great find!!
