The service could and should have been better. The card machine was supposedly broken but after insisting on paying with card, it suddenly worked the first time. Though our food was good as well as the location. The portions are not as generous as one might think so you end up spending more than you thought.

I'm sitting outside at WasKostDas for the tenth or so time, enjoying myself immensely as usual. The service here is attentive and everyone working here can make excellent food and wine recommendations if you're not sure where to start. The tapas-style menu allows guests to try many different dishes, which I love. The best Tzatziki and the most delicious house white are both here and after having tried nearly everything on the menu, I can't possibly say which foods are best because each dish is better than the next. In all of Germany and the East Coast of the United States this is hands down the best Greek restaurant I know of. :)

Superb atmosphere, especially outdoors on the water on a fine evening. Very good food, with excellent cheap options but the more expensive dishes can be overpriced. The schedule matches the Mediterranean flair - don't go hurried or hungry. Proviso: review based on one visit.

Bad food and bad experience!

Our main course was served together with the first course despite having specifically asked for the opposite. Moreover, there was a 10 minute gap between the serving of my main course and my wife's main course, i.e. her's were cold when mine arrived.

The food was badly spiced/flavored and the "greek salat" was simply just tomatoes (only 2 olives and a couple of feta cubes).

Finally, we had to go to the bar to ask for forks and knifes as the waiter did not bring it.

To sum up, the worst dinner experience I have had.

The food seemed more Greek-inspired than really Greek, but tasty nonetheless. The service was great and the location is amazing!
