The reception personnel was top, and my requests for a water cooker and a second blanket were met in an attentive and friendly manner.

My single room featured the smallest possible bed, lacked curtains that offer any light protection at all, and the room picked up quite a bit of noise from the street outside and from the adjacent hotel room.

This was quite different from the quiet and comfy double-bed room I had last time, facing the back and on another floor, with good light protection at night. And then as now, the service was much appreciated and easily recommendable.

Perfect base to explore the exciting part of Leipzig. Clean, big room with a balcony, easy to handle, nice breakfast at the backery next door. I do like the concept and can highly recommand to stay here.

The hotel is nice and clean. There could be more light in the bathroom. The location in Plagwitz is good but it's a bit far to the city centre. The breakfast in the bakery downstairs is good. One of the staff took our Pfand-bottles which we were still using. That was very unprofessional.

Spacious, clean and quiet room. For my taste the bed was soft and the pillow very uncomfortable, too soft. As there are no staff we could not ask for another pillow. In my opinion I did not like that there were no staff in the hotel. Emails can be sent, but they take time to be answered. If there is a problem there is no one to ask.

Well situated, large clean and modern rooms, with a terrace. Very cheap. Our room had a large terrace. Free WIFI, with a tablet available in the room. Friendly and helpful personnel at the reception desk. Good beds. Lively neighborhood.

Great hotel with tram service every 10 minutes at the front door. Rooms are minimal with no traditional storage but plenty of space to store your things for a short trip. The rooms have a key pad entry so no forgetting keys or your card getting wiped. Only let down was no AC it was warm when we visited and room was a little stuffy.
