Nice hotel, with decent room standard. Rooms were clean. Service at the reception was quite poor, they didn't put too much effort to help us and they couldn't (or on very low level) speak English.
Overall, a good value for money.

Hotel is more then good for value , feels like 5 star , rooms are very nice u0026 modern , very clean , bed is really comfortable I sleept like baby . Hotel is in very center of Leipzig . Down is a good hotel Bar , coffee is free of charge for guests . I will surely come back again .

The hotel location is not so closed to the city center. The room is so small and really not enough for 2 people. There is no that much service really. But the hotel is clean. The breakfast is good and enough options.

Really enjoyed staying here, the room was excellent and modern. Easy to walk into town in 15 minutes. Quiet.

I’d happily stay here again.

It is like a peek into the bleak future. It all works, but definitely lacks any personal warmth. Young many at the reception at our arrival left us waiting quite some while on the phone which did not sound like talking to a customer. Giving us annoyed looks, than just pointed to the self check in machine. An unpleasant start. After that I reduced asking the staff about anything. Otherwise I would ask for two duvets on our double bed instead of one single shared duvet, which I find uncomfortable.

Foyer area is really nice. Our room we as ok, not the most spacious.
Breakfast was standard, could have had more of a warm selection.
Staff were nice and friendly, check in system was straight forward.

Great Hotel. Not close to city centre but the walk is nice. Automated check in, good size rooms and modern.
