Overall:

Neat place for kids on a rainy day. Little play area where they had fun for about an hour and a half. No healthy snack options.

Pro:

- Indoor and comfortable temperature.
- Kids had fun and loved the trampoline.

Con:

- Kids price ok. Strange there is a parent entrance fee for sitting.
- Only unhealthy snack options when we were there and no outside fruits/veggies allowed.
- Dirty bathrooms.

Final thoughts:

I may bring kids back if they really needed to run around and it was pouring rain. Otherwise, a normal playground is a better option.

A bit small and humid inside (January, with windows mostly closed). Staff was - some trained, some not, but tried their best to welcome. Kids liked it though.
Weekends, breakfast buffet is served till 12.00 pm .
Underground parking available in the building complex.

Perfect place for kids but not for parents. Very nice indoor playground but the food and drinks are not good at all.

Sehr angenehme Einrichtung. Da es draußen warm war, war es hier drin nicht voll und all zu laut. Die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß und auch die Eltern durften mit durch die Gänge sausen. Das kulinarische Angebot war auch sehr gut. Versteckt im Hinterhof war es ruhig und gut für Kinder jeden Alters. Gerne werde ich nochmal wieder kommen.

Dieser Ort ist unglaublich schlecht, das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, den Kindern und Erwachsenen gegenüber übergriffig und wirkt überfordert. Laut Aussage der Angestellten beobachtet der Chef von Russland(!) aus alles über die vielen Kameras und ruft bei Fehlverhalten der Gäste an und lässt seine Angestellten so lange diskutieren bis man als Gast nachgibt, denn "der beobachtet uns jetzt und sieht, wie wir diskutieren". Gruselige Vorstellung...
Das Besteck für die Kinder ist "zerkaut", der Spielbereich ist teils schmutzig, Regale und Ablagen verstaubt, die Eistruhe versifft, die Ritzen der Polster voller Essenreste und Schmutz und die Toiletten spotten jeder Beschreibung.
Die Kinder hatten zwar ihren Spaß, wurden aber mehrfach von der Angestellten sehr harsch angegangen sich zu benehmen, da man sonst zb. den Trampolin sperren müsste.
Wir werden dort nie wieder hingehen und hätten mit den 4,50€ Eintritt pro Person wirklich etwas Besseres anfangen können.
