Heute habe ich meine Kette abgeholt und bin begeistert: Exzellente Arbeit zum fairen Preis! Sogar 2 sehr kleine fehlende Steinchen wurden ersetzt.

Ich besitze eine Uhr der schweizer Marke "Edox" Auf der Internetseite von Edox ist die Firma Vögele als einziger Servicepartner im Grossraum Halle Leipzig angegeben. Am 03.11.21 wollte ich meine Uhr zum Service in dem Geschäft abgeben. Da mir bekannt war das (normalerweise) die Reparaturannahme im OG ist steuerte ich das OG direkt an. Ich sehr harsch darauf hingewiesen das das OG gesperrt ist, obwohl die Treppe nicht durch z.B.
ein Absperrband gesperrt war. Auf meine Frage wo ich dann die Uhr abgeben kann wurde mir erneut mit höchster Arroganz und Unfreundlichkeit mitgeteilt das keine Reparaturen angenommen werden. Mein Hinweis das die Firma Vögele einziger Servicepartner weit und breit ist, wurde völlig ignoriert.

Ich weiß nicht weshalb sich die junge Dame welche mich dort so abgekanzelt hat sich diese kundenschädigende Art leisten darf.

Ganz besonders schlimm fand ich das weitere Mitarbeiter dieses Ladens offensichtlich mitbekommen haben was da abläuft, aber nicht eingeschritten sind.

Ich kann nur jedem potentiellen Kunden DRINGEN raten die Firma Vögele zu meiden. Bei dem was man kaufen möchte sollte man auch darauf achten das man ein Produkt kauft, wo man nicht auf die Firma Vögele im Servicefall angewiesen ist.
