I'm not used to that from G-star and it doesn't fit with a premium provider either. Since the "customer service" apparently didn't read my review to the end, I now feel that I'm being taken even less seriously as a customer! Leider hat die Filiale auf Grund von Lieferengpässen während Corona nur noch einen Bruchteil der Hosen vorrätig. Im hauseigenen Onlineshop sind die Modelle verfügbar und werden dort auch intensiv beworben. So wird der Besuch des Ladens zum Anprobieren und Kaufen sinnlos und es bleibt nur die Online Bestellung. Die schnippige Art des Personals ist dabei auch keine Hilfe.
Edit: Als Feedback von der betreuenden Social Media Agentur erhielt die Antwort, dass ausschließlich Corona an dem unangenehmen Besuch verantwortlich wäre. Das mag zwar die fehlenden Artikel erklären aber nicht den schlechten Kundenservice und unmotivierte Beratung der Mitarbeiterin (wir waren auch die einzigen Kunden im Geschäft). Das bin ich so von G-star nicht gewohnt und passt auch nicht zu einem Premium Anbieter. Da der "Kundenservice" meine Bewertung scheinbar nicht bis zuende gelesen hat fühle ich mich als Kunde nun noch weniger Ernst genommen! Aus diesem Grund ändere ich meine Bewertung wie gewünscht von 2 auf 1 Stern.
