The food is well prepared and looks delicious, the taste is average, but unfortunately the meat was only lukewarm, the fries were significantly hotter, even too hot to eat immediately, so that the meat could be eaten almost cold and warm when the fries...biggest minus point was a waiter/servant? who served in street clothes, although the other person was wearing "Epirus polo shirts" couldn't they have given one to them as well?! In addition, the staff seemed very disorganized and sometimes overwhelmed, no attention/care during and after the meal, whether a drink was desired or something else, only with a message did someone come... Same with the payment, eternal waiting between getting the bill and being cashed .

Hohe Erwartungen gehabt und völlig enttäuscht worden!
Preise sind normal, angemessenen. Die Einrichtung und das Ambiente ist top und wirkt hochwertig...das war es aber auch. Der Dreck vom Vorgänger lag noch unter der Tischdecke, das Bier weit unter Eichstrich, das Besteck stark zerkratzt und mit unangenehmen Kerben im Griffbereich. Das Essen ist gut angerichtet und sieht lecker aus, geschmacklich durchschnittlich, aber leider war das Fleisch nur lauwarm, deutlich heißer waren die Pommes, sogar zu heiß zum Sofortessen, sodass das Fleisch fast kalt warm als die Pommes gegessen werden konnten...größter Minuspunkt war ein Kellner/Gehilfe?, der in Straßenkleidung bediente, obwohl das andere Person "Epirus Poloshirts" trug, hätte man ihm nicht auch eins abgeben können?! Zudem wirkte das Personal sehr unorganisiert und teils überfordert, keinerlei Beachtung/ Betreuung während und nach dem Essen, ob noch ein Getränk gewünscht wird oder sonstiges, erst mit Meldung kam jemand...Gleiches mit der Zahlung, ewiges Warten zwischen Rechnung bekommen und Abkassiert werden.
Neutral betrachtet gibt es leider eine ganze Liste an Änderungsbedarf für einen erneuten Besuch, da die Mängel kein Einzelfall sind.
