The staff is nice and helpful, and knows what to do. The rooms are quite good, depending on which room you got. Beds are like most other beds so there are nice. The place is surprisingly good. But then, you don’t get that premium feeling. The corridors could have more life in them, maybe just some paintings.

The rooms are quite big and clean and the personnel was very friendly. One can tell that the hotel is rather old, but I personally did not mind and after all it's still a 3* hotel. As a bonus, the main station is only about 20 minutes away on foot or 3 stations with the tram.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you plan on staying in your room for extended periods of time, but for exploring Leipzig or having a stay while on a conference I'd book again. 5* because even if there a some negatives, given the hotel rating and the price I was very satisfied.

This is a fine Hotel very close to the city center. For the price I was charged, I'd have expected the interior to be in better conditions, particularly in comparison with Hotels in this part of Germany. The room was very spacious and clean; however the furniture and overall decor was pretty scan and in urgent need of a renovation. The telephone on the desk was obviously from the early 90s and so I believe was everything else in the room, with the exception of a flat screen TV too small to be seen from the bed, although this was exacerbated by the fairly large size of the room - a mixed blessing. I didn't (need to) use the wifi, but I believe it was offered free of charge. We didn't visit the breakfast buffet. We interacted little with the reception staff, but they appeared to be friendly and responsive. The spacious parking lot of the hotel was available to hotel guests free of charge.

Big rooms with good facilities like a small kitchen. Rooms are a bit worn but otherwise fine. Close to the center of Leipzig. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Breakfast can be bought extra and is just fine.

We booked a "family suite" and we got an apartment (very big indeed), but in a total need of renewal. The pavement had a carpet that was so dirty that we couldn't walk on it without shoes. Not to talk about the walls. The photos on their website show a very different place. We wouldn't have booked, if we knew the truth. But for a couple of nights, we just closed our eyes and slept.

They have spacious rooms. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the city center. Overall experience was good.

I mean the pictures do not at all match the quality of the hotel... They show some sort of modern vinyl floor and it just isn't even close to being modern... It's old and run down looking like a very old apartment with popcorn walls popcorn ceiling and stained old nasty red carpet... I honestly just want to get the hell out of here as soon as possible... I mean the beds 'looked safe'. Perhaps I am overreacting but it just doesn't feel like anything close to any photographs show... Days Inn I have stayed in some pretty decent ones of yours but this is a half star if that... Oh well at least we got a bed I guess... I told my kids to leave there shoes on and only touch the bed...
