Really nice place to have drinks and food and even better if you can sit outside if the weather's nice. The waiters and waitresses are super friendly, hopefully we'll get a chance to visit again.

First the waiter totally ignored you and provide service to white skin people who arrived after you. But the food was nice. Owner should offer some trainings to waitress/waiters that how to work on first come first serve rule.
Consider this review in minus.

What a cool and cosy place. Just having a coffee there and chilling, the food seems great as well. The staff is very kind and welcoming too. Definitely will be back while I am in Leipzig!

Thought the reviews were pretty good so we went here for breakfast. Ambiente inside unique that was good. Ordering went somewhat quick, drinks came promptly but then the wait time went on for 45 minutes just to get a pancake and a Waffel breakfast? After a half an hour we asked the waiter and he said „it’s busy“ although when we ordered we were the only people sitting there. Outside people were sitting but finishing up. It seemed very obvious they forgot the order because after complaining it took just 7 minutes for the package quality pancake mix to come with the Waffel mix or whatever it was supposed to be. Very tasteless and really not worth the wait. Could have really stayed home and done a better job.We sat exactly at a table where every waiter had to walk by. Tables were also very dusty but perhaps that was the „look“. If going perhaps sit only outside? I’m not willing to give a second chance here. No one seemed bothered.

We waited extremely long (1 hour+) for two, medium tasting Omelettes..the estimated waiting time couldn’t be told by the service team. They offered us to order while we were waiting but turned out it was just another asset on the bill.
We also witnessed how their brought a cake with Gelatine to a person that especially asked to get some without it. After all, too expensive for the whole annoying experience.

I’ve been here a few times for a coffee. The biggest plus for me is the interior. Wow, just wow! Another big plus is that they have plugs to charge your laptop, which means it's a good alternative to Starbucks, especially if you also consider that it's much less crowded during the day. I think next time I’ll try the food and perhaps a milkshake and if they are also impressive, I’ll give it a 5.

Really unusual ambience in the best sense; it's like diving through a portal when entering here ~

Not the warmest of services at least from a subjective side but my cocoa on the other hand was very warm and quickly on my table.
It also tasted quite decent with a well balanced dose of brown sugar :o

I also liked that there are real candles on the table. Even at 11 am it kinda feels right and is not a given in my experience

Soo it's neat!
