It's definitely not my Scene. But somehow, it's very well designed. And staff and drinks and food are all awesome.

For someone who's a tourist and want to try something other a mainstream place, this would be a great alternative.

Overall, a good alternative to mainstream dining.

Good in overall, but tbh a bit expensive. 100 euro for the average dinner is a bit too much for Leipzig, I think.

As someone who manages a cafe, i wouldn't leave less than twostars because I know there are many aspects that happen behind the scenes that can affect a customers experience However the level of service i received was not up to the standard i would expected when visiting yesterday.

After finding this place on tripadvisor, and visiting because of the reviews describing it as a studenty, cosy place to eat, i was quite surprised at the prices. The eggs royale was 12.50, and it was basic bread, 2 eggs, salmon, hollandaise sauce could barely be seen, and what felt like packet salad with shop bought dressing. The Granola i have to say was really tasty and good value for money however.

The meals were ordered, and after 30/35 mins, and two other tables who got here after us being served their food, it finally arrived. The waiter, a younger guy who was on the floor outside, gave me my granola, and then just shoved the other meal on the corner of the table rather than infront of my sister. She was on the phone at the time, but that doesnt mean she didnt want her meal in front of her? lazy service. We weren't given cutlery, and as i work in service, i waited a few minutes to see if he would return with some as i do understand what it can be like. However he didn't come back, and i had to get up and ask to have cutlery.

We moved inside because of the wasps and it was basically empty other than one table. Yet still, when we wanted to pay, our waiter wouldnt even look at us, and was clearly ignoring us for some reason. After sitting with empty plates for about 10 minutes, and clearly staring in his direction, my sister went up to pay. She took the plates up, he saw her, and still ignored her presence. The other waitress then took her payment after walking by her. I really empathise with hospitality service and how difficult in can be to give good service in the busy periods, but after seeing it was basically empty inside, i can't imagine what reason there was to be so blatantly ignorant towards us.

I felt in some way like i had personally annoyed this waiter, and i think the level of service from him was unprofessional, lazy and arrogant. The woman was very helpful, the guy on the bar, super friendly. Drinks were good, food was reasonable, but it was really let down by him unfortunately and i think it should be addressed.

Very nice and cosy place, workers kind and caring, food tasty and price worthy. I ate pilmeni and they are as good as my mom makes them. Even the salad was tastefull. Gerne wieder!
