We had only ordered from Burgerheart before and now we finally went there. It's a really nice place with super friendly staff. We ordered fries which are really good and the burgers are delicious as well! Love that there are also vegetarian as well as vegan options. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Very very nice place, enjoyable music and just amazing.
Very great burgers. I had the chuck norris burger and fries. Perfect fries and very tasty burger. Food was done cert quickly. I can only recommend visiting it.
Very sad it hasn’t arrived in the north of Germany yet.
Looking forward to it.

FINALLY, a restaurant in Leipzig with good service and free tap water! Shout out to the servers for extreme attentiveness, friendless, and being accommodating. Also, BEST sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. The only improvement is the pulled pork was pretty flavorless - it needed to be marinated and soaked in sauce. But they gave me extra sauce to make up for this. I haven’t found many good restaurants in Leipzig but this is one of them! I’ll definitely be back!

So the fries were very good, but if you go : have a lot of time.
We waited 50 minutes to get two burger, with just three pieces of chicken. The slowness of the service is impressive. Maybe we're they understaffed, it happens, but at least the client should be informed upon arrival.

When they brought our order, they proposed us to drink something. We misunderstood this gesture to make up for the slowness, that the drinks were on the house. No, we paid for it. 40 euros in total for that.

It's the third time in a row that they either mess up the order, or are so slow we have to leave to go to work. It's a shame because the food is otherwise very good !

Order a Chuck Norris and a Killer Kowalski (Vegetarian) with sweet potato fries as a side.
The sweet potato fries were completely soggy, not enjoyable at all. The vegetarian Burger had a HAIR inside of the Patty, which is completely unacceptable, but the meat burger was fairly tasty. A bit expensive in general, though.
If you’re going to order, only order the meat burgers, fries will always be soggy due to their transportation choices.
