The best breadrolls I've eaten in 21 years! I've went with my 7 and 10 year old (all coeliacs), and we all agreed it was the best bread/bread rolls ever. They taste like propper wholemeal bread, moist without being oily.
We also had an ice cream IN A CONE!!! that also tasted homemade, and fantastic. ...
Martina specialises on bread and bread rolls and a few sweet things. This focuss means her goods taste absolutely amazing. IMO it's easy to bake a glutenfree cake, but gf bread rolls are basically impossible. And most glutenfree bread dries out quickly and is not half as nice on the 2nd day. But Martina's was still super fresh and delightful on the next day. Only downside, it tastes so delicious, that like us, you'll might have finished it by day 3.
I wish we would live close and could shop there regularly. Martina was super nice and helpful and you could see that she takes pride in her shop. An amazing gift for everyone who needs to eat glutenfree!

Zwei Sterne gibt es für leckere Brote in vielen Sorten. Abzug gibt es bedauerlicherweise für die Backmischungen. Diese sind sehr teuer und die Brote sehr klein. Wer Zölliakie hat wie ich, muss hier leider tief in die Tasche greifen und kann nomales Brot garnicht essen.

Die Rezepte erfuhren hier und da auch noch einige Verbesserungen. Als Profi in der Backindustrie kenne ich jeden Trick.

Wer sich das Brot zu diesen Preisen nicht leisten kann, bekommt das Rezept von mir zum nachbacken.

Das Brot schmeckt sehr angenehm und ist gut bekömmlich. Für größere Familien und einen regelmäßigen Kauf dann aber doch etwas zu wenig bzw. teuer.
