We were a little disappointed to be honest. The bread was cold, I wished it would have tasted fresher. She salads on the falafel plate were all either too salty or too sour. The falafel were excellent, the hummus was also quite good. The kitchen looked authentic seating and atmosphere were nice, if you chose a seat along the side street. Staff was friendly.

Food is good and at a reasonable price. Staff is okay. Bathrooms are not clean. Cutlery(specially plate) was not clean.

Here you will get delicious meals and sweets for absolute reasonable price. The staff was very polite and gave us a sample from different dishes. Therefore self-service is bearable. A family of four can be sated for about 30 EUR. If you like ambience you should avoid. If you you like very tasty food you should visit the "Damaskus". Enjoy it!

They have just renovated the whole interior. I think I prefer the old more rough look, but the new seats are definitely more comfy. Anyway, the food is still amazing. The portions seem slightly smaller but still large enough to fill a hungry stomach. The shwarma and kebabs are the best, with a great selection of sauces. For desserts, there is a Damascus bakery right next doors.
