Ich habe telefonisch um eine Info gebeten, die nicht mal in deren Umkreis ist, aber die anderen Touristeninformationen sind /waren in der "Krise" nicht geöffnet. Sehr freundlich wurde ich am Telefon begrüßt und mir wurde ein Rückruf angekündigt ob jemanden der sich informiert und mir dann Bescheid gibt. Genau das ist auch passiert. Undzwar zeitnah!
