Katastrophale Verkehrsführung und Organisation. Ein seitens elektronischen Verkehrsleitsystems ausgewiesener Parkplatz für Aida-Reisende Ostseekai Nord wird durch Hafenmitarbeiter an der Schrankenzufahrt blockiert. Zufahrt wird nur scheinbar willkürlich gewährt.
Waren mit zwei Fahrzeugen dort, um eine mehrköpfige Familie und Gepäck abzuholen. Das erste Fahrzeug wurde abgewiesen und zum Parkplatz Ostseekai Süd verwiesen, das zweite Fahrzeug wurde eingelassen (???) . Man konnte beobachten, dass der Hafenmitarbeiter scheinbar jedes zweite Fahrzeug abwies, das dann vor der Schranke wenden musste. Andere durften zum Abholen passieren. Andere Leute haben auch direkt vor der Schränke ausgeladen... Willkür??
Eine plausible Erklärung gab es jedenfalls nicht für die Blockade der Zufahrt.
Der Parkplatzwächter des Süd-Parkplatzes versuchte zu erklären, dass der Parkplatz Nord voll sei. Live und in Farbe hatte der in Wahrheit eine Auslastung von maximal 20%!!!! Selbst wenn er voll gewesen wäre, wäre trotzdem noch genug Platz gewesen, um Reisende kurzfristig aufzunehmen und Gepäck zu verladen.
Eine andere Unmöglichkeit ist, dass es dort keine Kofferkulis gibt, auf die man das Gepäck zwecks leichteren Transports stellen und schieben kann.
Dieses Terminal und seine Organisation sollte Grund genug sein, weder von Kiel eine Kreuzfahrt zu starten noch sie dort zu beenden. Das Terminal ist nämlich offenbar zu klein für die Passagierzahlen eines Kreuzfahrtschiffes.
