Auch mir ist das etwas befremdlich, aber man hat ja per Vertrag ein Rücktrittsrecht, falls es einem nicht gefällt. Und auch wenn man im Club ist, hat man doch natürlich jedes Recht, sich genau durchzulesen, was man da unterschreibt. Wer das nicht tut, ist auch irgendwie selbst schuld...

Erste Hürde: das Board..... nun, Treppensteigen geht bei mir nur unter starken Schmerzen..... dann vor den Bildschirm..... ok, ich kürze ab....... 80 Prozent der Übungen kann ich nicht machen denn alle erfordern funktionierende Knie. Nach einem Anruf war ich motiviert das Fitnessstudio mit einem kostenlosen Probetraining auszutesten. Nadine hat empfangen und Das Training mit mir gemacht und alles lief sehr freundlich und locker ab.
Anschließend ging das Verkaufsgespräch ohne jegliche Vorwarnung los. Sie wollte mir ein Vertrag aufsetzen. ICH HABE GESAGT, dass ich BEDENKZEIT brauche und nicht unterschreiben möchte. Ich bat darum, ob ich den Vertrag zuhause in RUHE durchlesen könnte und die gemachten Eindrücke sacken zu lassen. SIE LEHNTE DIES AB. SIE SAGTE: DIE VERTRÄGE BLEIBEN HIER UND GEHEN NICHT RAUS. ICH BAT UM EIN 2. PROBETRAINING. SIE LEHNTE AB! Komischerweise wird die Kopie eines Vertrages nach Abschluss mitgegeben aber nicht vorher!? Macht diese Aussage Sinn? Auch sind die Preise öffentlich nicht ersichtlich. Sprich: es werden Verträge mit individuell festgelegten Preisen abgeschlossen. Sie versprach eine ZUFRIEDENHEITSGARANTIE (Irreführung laut Internetrecherche: denn es ist die 14tätige-Kündigungsfrist), dass ich jederzeit austreten könnte und der Vertrag nur zustande kommt, wenn ich bleiben möchte. Sie hatte mich solange bedrängt, bis sie eine Unterschrift hatte. So hatte sie mich und ich habe unterschrieben ohne meine Bankdaten zu hinterlassen, weil ich DENNOCH MISSTRAUISCH war. Ich habe dort angerufen und mit Nadine gesprochen, dass es sich hierbei um ein Missverständnis handeln muss und ich Vertrag aufheben möchte. Sie willigte ein mit der Chefin des Fitnessstudios zu reden und rief mich zurück und sagte, dass der Vertrag mit der Unterschrift rechtens sei, obwohl ich vom Probetraining nicht wirklich begeistert war. ERST im TELEFONGESPRÄCH NACH ABLAUF DER KÜNDIGUNGSFRIST machte sie mich auf die 14-tägige Kündigungsfrist aufmerksam und nicht wie besprochen beim Vertragsabschluss, dass ich jederzeit raus könnte und ich erst zahlen muss, wenn ICH WIRLKICH BLEIBEN MÖCHTE!!! Danach wollte ich mit der Chefin sprechen. Leider verpassten wir uns, da sie mich während meiner Arbeitszeit anrief und als ich anrief, war sie nicht im Haus! Jetzt lehnt sie jegliche Anrufe ab und will nur noch das GELD!
Das ist VerbraucherTÄUSCHUNG! Nach dem Probetraining habe ich dort kein Fuß mehr reingesetzt und jetzt muss ich für EIN KOSTENLOSES PROBETRAINING satte 160 Euro zahlen und jetzt kommen 400 Euro (Inkasso, Mahnkosten) dazu. Ich bin ziemlich verärgert, traurig über diesen Betrug! Denn ich habe dadurch einen Schufaeintrag bekommen, den MRS Sportd bis heute nicht zurückgenommen hat, obwohl die ich die Kosten beglichen habe.
