It is a fine McDonald's. Nothing special that makes it stand out against other ones that exist, but it also doesn't let you down.

It was really quiet when I went there, although that could have been because it was very early in the morning. Still, it was fine.

Card pay didn't work. We had to wait the longest for our food said "in the making" on the board. Turns out the board didn't work and our food was cold when we finally got it. They didn't even shout out the numbers, they said nothing.

Terribly dirty toilets. They say if you want to judge how Clean the kitchen is, look at the toilets. Disgusting.

Best mcdonalds in Kiel!! Go here since 2015 and its amazing. Always fresh food and the best ice cream! Most modern Mc donalds. You can even order from the touch screen.

Drive-Thru was fast, clean and well organized. The food is what you expect; nothing better, nothing less. A nice experience.

Everything you can ask for. The food is like any MacDonald's except served better (crispy and perfectly salty fries, larger pieces of chicken, better toys) there’s a place for children to play so they don't annoy you while you are ordering.

It's a McDonald's. Offers the standard German style McDonald's products. It's not fine dining but it's standardized global fast food. Often the food is colder than it should be at McDonald's. This general problem in most German McDonald's when compared to it's American Restaurant counterpart. The just let food sit to long and don't throw things away as much as in the USA.
