terrible!
I had broken my foot while on holiday in Europe and went to this hospital.
The receptionist was annoyed I wasn’t an EU resident, hence was using a private travel insurance. She told me over and over again how this was a major inconvenience for her.
When I finally saw a doctor they did an xray but missed 2 fractures. Discharged me and told me to come back in a week’s time. When I called back to schedule the appointment I was told no appointments were available.
I also had to pay cash for my xray and for being seen by the doctor. The hospital only accepts German EC cards or cash.
Absolute joke. Do not go there.

Als ich einen Tag vor meiner Operation angekommen bin, fühlte verlassen und wusste nicht wohin. Die Dame an der Rezeption, könnte hingegen etwas leiser sprechen, wenn ein Patient zu Aufnahme kommt und nicht die Eingangshalle unterhalten. Sicherlich ist die Klinik in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch ist die Organisation einfach nur Top ! Auch das Pflege Personal der Intensiv Station und der Station 1

Heute war ich als Patient hier und bin wirklich positiv überrascht gewesen.
Die Handchirurgie ist wirklich Top. Die Schwestern und Herr Dr. Baumgarte waren äußerst freundlich, sehr kompetent und haben sich ausreichend Zeit genommen. Klar muss man Wartezeit mitbringen, aber dafür ist man hier nicht nur eine Nummer, sondern ein Patient, der gehört wird.
Die Kollegen in der Radiologie sind ebenfalls wirklich freundlich, obwohl heute das Krankenhaus ziemlich voll war.
Wenn man den Mitarbeitenden mit Respekt und Freundlichkeit begegnet, bekommt man Selbiges zurück.
Ich bedanke mich bei allen Angestellten, dass Sie hier so eine gute Arbeit leisten und wünsche alles Gute.
