KFC used to be a decent fast food chain where I would eat with my family. In the 1990s and 2000s. In Germany I have grown used to high standards for restaurants, including fast food. The visit to this place in Kiel was a big disappointment.

My son has the worst experience in this place. We were on the boat from norway to kiel last week and since i cannot go out of the boat i asked them to buy kfc for me. Since i didnt know what to order i asked him to take a photo of the menu and send it to me. While he is taking photo a woman working in the cashier furiously came to him and shouted at him to delete the photo because it is apparently not allowed. She refuses to leave until she saw that he deleted the photo. And said, “You are not in Norway now you cannot do that here” Confused as they were, since when is it not allowed to take photos of the menu??? And even if it is not allowed that we didn’t knew, she could have approached him better than shouting and traumatizing him in front of a lot people. He has been traumatized by this experience and refused to use his phone camera for a while after that inccident. They didn’t even deserve a 1 star from us. Disgusting people.

I was surprised how big the wrap was, it was 1.5 times the length of the same wrap I get in Sydney's KFC, and for a small meal with chips and drink for 39, it is not bad. They have internet too so is good for tourists. Only thing was the chips tasted a but stale.

All tables dirty, got all 3 orders wrong, had to wait extra to get our food, and all the trash cans filled up, so we couldn't through anything out and everyone was leaving everything around. Asked for someone to clean the tables so we could seat, no one came....Really bad experience...

Ordered four meals. Only two of them was right. Complained to manager, but he did not care nor did he change anything.
Really bad bad costomer service. Last time we go there.
