Ich war anfangs des Jahres das erste Mal bei Gülten, meine Haut war schrecklich ich bin nicht mehr ohne Make-Up rausgegangen und hab mich wirklich geschämt. Vom Hautarzt hatte ich die Diagnose Akne mit Entzündungen vor 1 1/2 Jahren bekommen, woher das kam wussten sie aber auch nicht. Ich habe verschiedene Salben, sogar Tabletten bekommen und nichts hat geholfen, als sie mir dann Aknenormin verschreiben wollten, was 2 Jahre lang Missbildungen in Schwangerschaften verursachen kann, hab ich nach Alternativen gesucht und bin auf Ilay Kosmetik gestoßen und hatte erstmal nur ein Termin zur Hautanalyse machen lassen.
Als ich dann dort war, wurde mir das erste mal richtig zugehört und man hat mir erklärt (sogar mit Bildern von meiner Haut) was überhaupt los war. Gülten fragte mich ob ich heute noch was vor hab und ich meinte nein… 4h musste ich es aushalten, es war schmerzhaft, die 5 Tage danach sah ich auch nicht gesellschaftsfähig aus. Was aber danach kam war wie ein Wunder. Ich hatte keine Pickel mehr. Ich hatte lediglich ein paar Narben von davor. Welche sie 2 Monate später dann auch behandelt hat. Mittlerweile gehe ich wieder ungeschminkt raus u0026 bin glücklich. Sie hat wirklich mein Leben verändert. Ich bin viel selbstbewusster wieder und fühl mich absolut wohl in meiner Haut (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes). Thanks to Covid-19 and some lockdowns, I initially refrained from further minor treatments. After about 15 months, I decided to have a follow-up appointment with Gülten.
At this point it should be emphasized that this time I didn't have any major problems except for blemishes in the area of u200bu200bu200bu200bthe chin (I blame it on the masks for the most part;).
The appearance of my skin had generally improved, scars had receded, I had fewer bad hormonal impurities and, above all, the skin rashes almost never came back. So I visited Gülten and her team again, but this time at the new main location in Wankendorf and what can I say: the care was just as good, the treatment as well. In the meantime, however, the latter had developed noticeably and has also become “more customer-friendly” in the sense of less pain. This is possible thanks to the use of new, more modern devices/treatment methods and the use of an anesthetic cream before my hated microneedling treatment. ???? The entire procedure is definitely still painful and you go through various levels of intensity ;) In general, I would recommend women in particular not to undergo such a treatment during particularly pain-sensitive phases (menstruation!). Nevertheless, a session is always bearable, it will pass again and the long-term effects are unbeatable!
What should also be emphasized: Each treatment step was always announced and well explained by both Gülten and her employees. So you were always well guided through the treatment, even though your eyes are closed most of the time.
In general, both studios/practices are very clean and tidy, the employees are friendly and courteous and thanks to well-planned appointments, you don't have to wait forever.
Of course, the cost varies depending on the treatment, but even if it's an expensive treatment measured in terms of the days that such treatment lasts, it's more than bearable.
I'm excited to see my new skin results after the re-treatment and look forward to the next session, whenever my skin decides when that will be :D

Nach jahrelangen, diversen Hautarztbesuchen mit Hautabstrichen, Apotheken-Cremes nach Arztrezeptur und inzwischen fast drei Jahren schubweisen Hautentzündungen sowohl mittig im Gesicht als auch an den Gesichtsrändern/ Übergängen zum Haaransatz wurde ich gegen Anfang 2020 über soziale Netzwerke auf Ilay Kosmetik aufmerksam und besuchte Gülten und ihr Team im Oktober 2020 zum ersten Mal in Kiel.
Dank Covid-19 und einigen Lockdowns verzichtete ich zunächst auf weitere kleinere Behandlungen. Nach rund 15 Monaten entschied ich mich nochmals für einen Folgetermin bei Gülten.
An dieser Stelle ist hervorzuheben, dass ich diesmal bis auf Unreinheiten im Bereich des Kinns (ich schieb es zum großen Teil auf die Masken;) keinerlei große Probleme mehr hatte.
Mein Hautbild hatte sich generell verbessert, Narben hatten sich zurückgebildet, ich hatte weniger schlimme hormonell bedingte Unreinheiten und vor allen Dingen die Hautausschläge kamen nahezu gar nicht mehr wieder. Das einzige was ich an den früheren Hautausschlägen zeitweise verspürte, war temporäre Trockenheit oder erhöhte Sensibilität in der alltäglichen Pflegeroutine. Und das ohne sauteure ärztlich zusammengestellte Cremes und Pasten!
Also besuchte ich Gülten und ihr Team erneut, diesmal jedoch am neuen Hauptstandort in Wankendorf und was soll ich sagen: Die Betreuung war genauso gut, die Behandlung ebenfalls. Ich wählte erneut mein höchstpersönliches Rundum-Sorglos-Paket trotz der schmerzhaften Erinnerungen an die letzte Behandlung. Letztere hatte sich inzwischen jedoch merklich weiterentwickelt und ist auch “kundenfreundlicher” im Sinne von schmerzreduzierter geworden. Dies gelingt dank dem Einsatz von neuen, moderneren Geräten/ Behandlungsmethoden sowie der Verwendung einer Betäubungscreme vor meiner verhassten Microneedling-Behandlung. ???? Schmerzhaft ist die gesamte Prozedur auf jeden Fall trotzdem noch und man durchlebt diverse Intensitätsstufen ;) Generell würde ich insbesondere Frauen empfehlen gegebenenfalls nicht zu besonders schmerzempfindlichen Phasen (Menstruation!) eine solche Behandlung zu durchlaufen. Trotzdem ist eine Sitzung stets aushaltbar, es vergeht ja auch wieder und die langfristigen Effekte sind unschlagbar!
Was zusätzlich hervorzuheben ist: Jeder Behandlungsschritt wurde sowohl von Gülten, als auch ihren MitarbeiterInnen stets angekündigt und gut erklärt. Somit wurde man stets gut durch die Behandlung geführt obwohl die Augen die meiste Zeit geschlossen sind.
Generell sind beide Studios/ Praxen sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, die MitarbeiterInnen freundlich und zuvorkommend und dank gut geplanten Terminvorgaben hat man auch keine ewige Wartezeit.
Die Kosten variieren natürlich je nach Behandlung, aber selbst wenn es eine teure Behandlung ist, auf die Tage umgerechnet, die so eine Behandlung anhält, ist das mehr als verkraftbar.
Ich bin gespannt auf meine neuen Hautergebnisse nach der erneuten Behandlung und freue mich auf die nächste Sitzung, wann auch immer meine Haut entscheidet wann die sein wird :D
