The people there are so friendly and everything in the right place, also animals is allowed, super and very recommended

The rooms are big, pretty and clean. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast has plenty of options for 13,5 € and was tasty.
I would however like to give feedback about the noise. The walls are so thin, 50% of my stay, other guests woke me up. Their phone alarms or their steps. If that could be address the hotel would be magnificent. Good job however on addressing fast guest needs.

I’m very sorry to give this hotel two stars, however they deserve it. The hotel is dirty and rundown. When I first arrived for my stay, I was given a tiny dark room on the ground floor right next to the breakfast room. That was fine - the room was cute. However upon deeper inspection, the room was extremely dirty. Black hairs and dirt all over the floor. I was shocked because it literally looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

I then proceeded to tell the receptionist, who didn’t even bother looking at the room but at least gave me a new room on a higher floor and muttered an apology. He didn’t seem to like me very much after that. The new room was huge (which I didn’t need, but appreciated the gesture nevertheless). It was also definitely cleaner than the first one but still not clean. It was also extremely run down with multiple broken items in the room.

Thankfully, I was only there on a business trip for two nights, however I will never again stay in this hotel. After my trip I read other reviews and saw that many others complain about the cleanliness. I just don’t understand; surely improving your cleanliness and repairing a few items can’t cost you that much? And it would save your reputation! The rooms themselves would be fine they just bothered to clean and tighten a few screws.

Seems don’t match what you have advertising.
1)Not free parking, need to pay extra 8€ /night.
2)Free WI-FI, but at very poor speed. :( they said will ask the technician man to check but seems nothing better.
3) No air conditioning ,but only one small fan, quite hot not so comfortable to stay .
Only good thing is a bigger room and nice view on the 2nd floor, but a bit noisy cause we have to open the window as there is no air conditioner. Nice and clean .
(Only if they just put with the right advertisement, I would have not complain this much. )

Good clean hotel OK staff but if you get room 121 with check-in ask for another. It had to be the most loud room I have ever had in a hotel. The noise from the street is what it is but then when you get noise from reception echoing it is not enjoyable and hard to sleep. I asked for earplugs but they did not have them

Had a very nice, clean, renovated and really big room. But the hotel itself needs a renovation.
Service could also be better: For checkin and checkout at normal times the front desk was not served and we had to wait until someone finally came.
Location is quite noisy due to a big street.

Good stay. A little bit of to center. About 15 min walk. Good breakfast 13.5€ and 5€ for children. The room was clean and big (2 adults and one child) Parking cost 8 euro
