be careful with the cancellation policy in this hostel, really unfair.
we booked for 6 nights, after we arrived we had a change in our plan and we could only stay for 2 nights, but they refused to cancel the remaining nights or at least to charge us only for the half stay, as we think we have given them enough notice. they charge us for the full 6 nights even though we only stayed for 2 nights. really unfair and unfriendly.
As for the room, it was clean, the double bed is not good at all, the room size is very small for two people.
I strongly recommend to stay away from this hostel.

Sehr guter Zimmerservice, sauber,ruhig,gemütlich.
Kann ich nur empfehlen, gerade für Langzeitgäste, da relativ günstig. Also im Vergleich zum restlichen Angebot in der City.
Und es gibt sogar einen Raucherbereich.

Alles in Allem kann ich sagen ich fühle mich hier wohl.
Und das beste ist dass niemand ins Zimmer kommt,geschweige denn klopft, wenn das "Bitte nicht stören" Schild an der Tür hängt!
Ihr glaubt ja nicht was ich in anderen Hotels schon so alles erdulden musste...

Bin alle 4 Wochen für 3 Tage in Kiel und buche meine Zimmer nur noch in diesem einfachen Hostel.
Die Zimmer, die ich bezog waren immer sauber und das Personal immer freundlich!
Die Zimmer sind schon ziemlich klein, aber mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet!
