Eigentlich habe ich immer sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht was Freundlichkeit und Kundenberatung anging, auch die Produkte fand ich stets toll! Leider wurde ich heute bei einem Besuch in der Filiale in der Hamburger Chaussee sehr enttäuscht! Die Verkäuferin war so dermaßen unfreundlich und ich musste mich ohne Grund anpampen lassen... Wäre am liebsten gleich rückwärts wieder rausgegangen! Sowas habe ich tatsächlich noch nie erlebt. Das gekaufte Brot ist sehr lecker, aber ich esse es nun mit einem mulmigen Gefühl und werde nun lieber in Zukunft mein Brot bei einem anderen Biobäcker einkaufen. Sehr schade!
