Simple to reach and interesting to watch. If I remember correctly, this is one of the largest water locks in the world and it is quite impressive to watch a large container ship enter and exit it with the help of a tugboat.

There is sufficient place to watch, and a small café only metres from the water front.

You can't really see much, but there is a friendly guide who loves taking about locks, which is fun. Beware of Jürgen the seagull.
