This snack bar is located in the Kassel market hall, on the first floor, stand no. 59. The premises are clean. The facility is new and modern. The owner is very communicative and very friendly. You feel right at home. The food can only be good :) The menu is clear and the dishes (fortunately) do not correspond to the standard of European food. I love stews and therefore ordered the dish Niu Rou Mian (stewed beef in soup with udon noodles). The portion was sufficient, the taste fantastic. Tasty broth, tender beef. The udon noodles are ok (ready made noodles). Next time I will order the dish with glass noodles. My wife ordered the tofu with ground pork and rice. This dish is also very tasty. The spices are unique and not comparable to the standard "China Restaurant". I already know that the next visit will not last long. I can unreservedly recommend this diner. They also offer delicious homemade stuffed dumplings :) and they cook without glutamate. You can also order vegetarian dishes. The service is super friendly, which is why this gastronomy stands out from others.

Ich habe schon zahlreiche asiatische Restaurants/Imbisse besucht, die 5 Sternen verdient haben und (leider) auch asiatische Gastronomiebetriebe die Minussterne verdient hätten. Heutzutage ist es aus meiner Sicht ein Risiko ein Gastronomiebetrieb zu besuchen, welches keinerlei Bewertungen hat. Da ist die Chance 50:50 :) deswegen lasse ich in solchen Fällen gerne mein Bauchgefühl entscheiden und habe den heutigen Besuch nicht bereut, sondern bin sehr froh, dass ich es gewagt habe. Dieser Imbiss befindet sich in der Markthalle Kassel, im ersten Obergeschoss Stand Nr. 59. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber. Die Einrichtung ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Besitzerin ist sehr kommunikativ und sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Da kann das Essen nur gut werden :) Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich und die Gerichte entsprechen (glücklicherweise) nicht dem Standard europäisch angepassten Essen. Ich liebe Schmorgerichte und habe mir daher das Gericht Niu Rou Mian (Geschmortes Rindfleisch in Suppe mit Udon Nudeln ) bestellt. Die Portion war ausreichend, der Geschmack fantastisch. Leckere Brühe, zartes Rindfleisch. Die Udon Nudeln sind ok (fertige Nudeln). Beim nächsten Mal bestelle ich das Gericht mit Glasnudeln. Meine Frau hat das Tofu mit Schweinehack uns Reis bestellt. Auch dieses Gericht schmeckt sehr lecker. Die Gewürze sind einmalig und nicht mit dem Standard "China Restaurant" vergleichbar. Ich weiß jetzt schon, dass der nächste Besuch nicht lange dauern wird. Diesen Imbiss kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie bieten auch leckere selbst gemachte gefüllte Teigtaschen an :) weiterhin kochen sie ohne Glutamat. Auch vegetarische Gerichte kann man bestellen. Der Service ist superfreundlich, alleine deswegen hebt sich diese Gastronomie schon von anderen ab.
