Habe schon öfters in dem Geschäft eingekauft. Wellensteyn spricht als Marke für sich. Qualität und Design sind tip-top. Leider bin ich das erste Mal wirklich sehr schlecht und von oben herab behandelt worden und das nur weil ich einige Nachfragen zum Material und zur Pflege hatte und die Mitarbeiterin diese nicht beantworten konnte. Mein Tipp, vermeidet es, Euch von der kleinen älteren Verkäuferin beraten zu lassen. Beim nächsten Mal bestimmt wieder mehr Sterne.

Nachdem ich im Store in Kassel keine guten Erfahrungen in puncto Auswahl und Beratung (welche eigentlich nicht stattgefunden hat, geschweige denn angeboten wurde) machen durfte, habe ich im über 200 km entfernten Wiesbaden am vergangenen Wochenende a) eine wahnsinnig tolle Jahre erworben und b) eine bemerkenswert gute Beratung erfahren, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. Wenn ich bereit bin, eine Jacke in dieser Preisklasse zu kaufen, erwarte ich auch eine entsprechende Beratung, welche in Kassel nicht mal angeboten wurde. Zum Zeitpunkt meines Einkaufs am 10.11. abends waren - in einem kleinen Laden - lediglich 2-3 weitere Kunden anwesend und keiner der beiden Mitarbeiter bot mir im Rahmen meiner ca. 30-minütigen Anwesenheit auch nur eine Sekunde Aufmerksamkeit an. Selbst bei Ansprechen der Mitarbeiter unter konkreter Fragestellung änderte sich hieran nichts. Schade.
