Ich fühlte mich eher schlecht beraten und hatte durch die eher aufdringliche Art des Verkäufers weder Lust, dort einzukaufen, noch hatte ich das Gefühl, mich dort in Ruhe umschauen zu können. Es kamen unpassende Kommentare und ich glaube auch, dass der Laden nur Wert auf seine Stammkunden legt als darauf, neue Kunden zu gewinnen. Ich habe während meines Studiums gerne in Kassel gelebt und konnte über das Spielekontor und somit über Dirc Kontakte zur örtlichen Spielerschaft knüpfen. Ich habe tolle Spiele kennengelernt und viel Spaß gehabt. Ich fand die Beratung immer fair und auch angemessen, da kann ich nichts auf Dirc kommen lassen, ich musste mich hier echt teilweise wundern. Ich war viele Jahre Stammkunde im Spiele Kontor. Hier gab es alles und nichts. Damals konnte man kleinere Schätze und Seltenheiten finden und es gab eine breite Palette an Alternativ-Herstellern im Bereich Tabletop. Das Sortiment hat sich aber massiv verkleinert und die Verfügbarkeit stark abgenommen.
Ich hab es über mich ergehen lassen vom Inhaber über Sachen informiert zu werden die mich (offenkundig) nicht interessieren. Ich habe auch darüber hinwegsehen können das ich deutschsprachige Karten zu Spielen (Warmachine, damals noch bei Ulisses) die als deutsche Version deklariert wurden aber nur im englischen in der Box vorhanden waren, "lieber selber beim Hersteller organisieren" solle da es ja schneller gehe. Anstatt Tipps zu geben hat man zeitweise auch keinen Hehl daraus gemacht das die Bemalung meiner Miniaturen unzureichend bzw nicht gut genug ist.
Nach längerer Pause hab ich mir sogar gefallen lassen, das mir versucht wurde ein schlechtes Gewissen zu machen weil ich immer seltener dort war und "nichts gekauft habe"
Selbst zum angepriesenen Malwettbewerb wurde mir gesagt das Ich doch wohl "hoffentlich nicht da bin um günstig ein Modell zu ergattern" sondern auch mal wieder was kaufen sollte.
Aber die Krönung war das ich, aufgrund von Corona, Parkplatzsituation und gefahrenen Km, zunächst schriftlich und explizit nach Verfügbarkeit von Artikeln gefragt habe und als Antwort erhalten habe das ich ja mal vorbei kommen könne und selber gucken soll ob das passende dabei ist. Knapp eine Woche später dann der schriftliche Hinweis das man die Sachen auch bestellen könnte. Zu spät. Da hatte ich es bereits beim kompetenten Online-Händler bestellt. Und auch dies blieb von Inhaber nicht unkommentiert der regelrecht eingeschnappt wirkte.

Also anstatt man sich den Kunden zur Brust nimmt und sagt " hey, was ist schief gelaufen, können wir noch was dran drehen" wird man hier regelrecht weggeekelt obwohl man viele Jahre Kunde war. Das ist nun vorbei da es in Kassel und im Netz deutlich bessere Alternativen gibt.

Ich habe es jetzt mehrmals erlebt, dass ich trotz des Einwandes, dass ich keinerlei Beratung wünsche mit Artikeln vollgetextet werde, die ich gar nicht benötige. Ich kann ja verstehen, dass der gute Mann etwas verkaufen will, aber bei mir führt dieses Verhalten dazu, dass ich dann doch lieber wieder zu der Konkurrenz gehe, wo man mich als Kunden ernst nimmt.
