My reasons:
The fries were swimming in grease and very salubrious
The ground beef at the pide tasted like nothing
Cappuccino was way too hot and tasted just OK

Find it very positive that the operator has responded to my feedback. Kassel is not on my itinerary and I can only hope that the quality will actually improve. I have friends/acquaintances in the catering trade in Frankfurt am Main and know how tough the business is, especially since March 2020 with the government measures. Vor über 6 Monaten besuchte ich dieses Restaurant aufgrund von vielen guten Bewertungen. Zu der damaligen Zeit war die Gesamtbewertung bei 4,8 was heißt, dass es unglaublich sein gut musste. Das Restaurant durfte sich keine größere Fehler leisten. Ich habe andere Erfahrungen gemacht und würde zu der damaligen Zeit eine Gesamtbewertung zwischen 3,0 und 3,5 geben.

Meine Gründe:
Der Pommes Frites schwamm in Fett und war sehr durchgeweiht
Das Hackfleisch beim Pide schmeckte nach nichts
Cappuccino war viel zu heiß und schmeckte nur OK

Positiv: Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!

Trotz allen muss die Qualität sehr erhöht werden, um eine 4,8 Bewertung auf Google tatsächlich zu verdienen. Bis dorthin kann ich dieses Restaurant nicht mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Finde es sehr positiv, dass der Betreiber auf mein Feedback reagiert hat. Kassel liegt nicht in meiner Reiseroute und kann daher nur hoffen, dass es mit der Qualität tatsächlich aufwärts geht. Habe in Frankfurt am Main selbst Freunde/Bekannte in der Gastronomie und weiß wie knallhart das Geschäft ist, ganz speziell seit März 2020 mit den staatlichen Maßnahmen. Wünsche Ihnen trotz des schlechten Rezension viel Erfolg und Ausdauer!

Wir kommen seit einiger Zeit immer mal wieder her. Das Lokal liegt abseits vom Trubel der Kasseler Innenstadt, ist aber nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Immer wenn wir herkommen, sind leider nicht allzu viele andere Gäste mit uns da. Das können wir immer wieder nicht verstehen - Hier gibt’s mit die beste Pizza in Kassel und Umgebung! Die Pide ist auch sehr lecker!

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für uns sehr gut. Das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Die Vorspeise für 2 Personen war lecker, aber mit 17,50 € total überteuert. Gemischte Platte mit Auberginen, Zucchini, Pilze und 3 gefüllte Rollen mit Käse. Jetzt zu den Getränken. Bier ok, Weißwein lauwarm. Geht gar nicht! Der Keller beachte uns auch nicht mehr, nachdem er die Hauptspeisen gebracht hatte. Für mich persönlich einmal und nie wieder.
