Nice rooms with great views and very big bathroom. Tge food is nothing special I will say delusional and this is quite bad for a 4 stars hotel.

When I entered asked for a table for me, the owner told me to sit wherever I wanted. Sat down, waited for 30 mins, no one would serve me so I left...
Plus from the prices in the menu, quite expensive for a restaurant in the middle of nowhere.

During our visit, one rarely had the feeling that one was welcome as a guest. Luckily, another waiter gave the impression that not all employees care that we are there. The food was good, but there are a few other places in Kassel where you can get similar/better quality and where guests are welcome. I felt bad as a guest, so I will not book any more celebrations or meetings there. It's a shame that this traditional eatery places so little emphasis on hospitality and service.

Nicht mehr zu empfehlen! Der Anlass war eine Goldene Hochzeit in kleinem Rahmen. Bereits die Begrüßung viel sehr nüchtern aus. Der Kellner wirkte gefühlt sehr unmotiviert und genervt. Man hatte bei unserem Besuch selten das Gefühl, dass man als Gast willkommen ist. Eine weitere Servicekraft erweckte zum Glück ab und zu den Eindruck, dass es nicht allen Mitarbeitern egal ist, dass wir da sind. Das Essen war gut, aber in der Qualität gibt es einige andere Lokale in Kassel, wo man ähnliche/bessere Qualität erhält und als Gast willkommen ist. Ich habe mich als Gast schlecht gefühlt, so dass ich keinerlei Feiern oder Meetings dort mehr buchen werde. Sehr schade, dass dieses traditionelle Lokal so wenig Wert auf Gastfreundlichkeit und Service legt.

Freundliches Personal. Das Hotel entspricht jedoch nicht einem 4 Sterne-Standard. Defekte Beleuchtung im Zimmer, Rauchmelder fehlt, Toilettensitz nicht richtig befestigt. Wegen Personalmangels wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Diese Information erhielt ich im Nachhinein auf Nachfrage.
