I didn’t really get amazed from the hotel, there is no restaurant when you arrive or something to eat in the afternoon, just to drink. In addition, the breakfast is very little amount you have not many choices, bread is very dry . There is no refrigerator in the room too

Front receptionists were unfriendly and arrogant. But staff at breakfast were so friendly as if they’re not from the same hotel. Will never comeback again.

Very nice hotel. Spacious and super clean room but I didn't like the fact that one of my room neighbors hit the wall yelling at me because I was talking (not shouting) on the phone and he was probably trying to sleep. Hotel rooms are supposed to be hermetically closed once the door is shut.

Pluses - clean comfortable room equipped with ceiling fan in humid and hot weather. Friendly service. Good price. Location not too far for visiting Documenta. Minuses - slow service or not enough people at the front desk. Very tacky decor in lobby.

For me a good experience. Clean spacious room, friendly staff at the reception desk, huge breakfast (but for 15 €) even with a man preparing eggs specialities at place. Quite a big parking place just across the street. Parking 5 € per day. Negative things - poor internet connection in my room (Nr. 4110) so my VPN connection to the company emails dropped down from time to time. My room had a window to the street so it was a little bit noisy because I needed to open the window due to a high temperature (no air condition in the room). Shopping center cca 500 metres from the hotel with Burger King.

The accommodation is excellent, the restaurant not so good n terms of staff minding the tables in the evening, watchout for microwaved main courses?

Nice size rooms, very clean and modern. Food is served in the connected hotel, very enjoyable.
