Rucola classic medium..... a complete waste of money.. soggy in the middle, crust was difficult to chew...couldn't even finish four slices.
Felt like everything was just raw. Never again

Hasn't been to a Pizzahut for likely one year. Then the staff here were fine but the pasta was a nightmare, as it's toooooo salty for me. But why it's like this salty?

A waiter who is certainly not from Germany is racist. he did not serve me because I do not speak German and he said that I must speak German to eat in this place I strongly do not recommend. The situation had place on Saturday 11.09.21

Is a little bit pricey, Vapiano is cheaper.

Regarding the quality of the food,
I have no complain.
Pizzas are tasty and they have different options and sizes,
and more stuff in the menu
like pastas and chicken wings.
They also have desserts.

They have an option were you pay to have a refill of your beverage as many times as you want.

The personal is nice.

I do not give them 5 starts because most of the times,
the toilet area is not so clean.

The food was fine, but the service not so much. It is super hot outside, but I was denied a free glass of tap water. I know Germany can refuse to give tap water, but isn’t it human dignity to help a fellow citizen out? Apparently not. Even worse, a friend ordered a refillable beverage and said he can get me some water to which the waitress ordered him not to share it with me. She explicitly told him not to allow me any water.

The meal was tasty as know from Pizza Hut, but the service at Pizza Hut (near Cinestar in Kassel) was just horrible!
Staff is less motivated, rude, it takes to long to get the order and for payment YOU NEED to go to the staff, otherwise you stay there for a long long time.
But the city is nice!

It's cool, delicious and tasty. The service is good but kinda slow. They are respectful and friendly , I will definitely go back again. Great food ????
