All you can eat styled sushi. The current review rating (01.04.22, 4.8 stars) is deceiving.

Negatives:
-It's not authentic sushi and lacks the flavor/style of true japanese sushi.
-Most dishes are overwhelmed with sauces to mask the flavor of the lower quality ingredients used.
-Beef dishes were dry.
-Flavour was average.
-not healthy due to the composition of the dishes (sauce heavy)
-Payment PayPal or cash only.

Positives:
+Service was excellent and very attentive.
+The restaurant was clean
+Seasoning (saltiness) was good.
+The Chinese owner was very friendly and considerate
+3G rule was in place

-/+ This restaurant's current star rating is questionable, ≈3.5 stars seems more appropriate.

Super delicious various types of sushi and other things like fried mussels (definitely try those!), dim sun, pure fish or fried chicken and much more... Well served and nicely looking small dishes, almost like Tapas;) Beautifully arranged, flambéed, candied, etc.
Probably the owner is almost the biggest highlight: Although it was a little busy in the kitchen and the place was full, the owner was always extremely funny, happy and friendly. Ordering works via a tablet and takes a little getting used to, but once you've figured it out, the dishes come pretty quickly and you don't have to wait long for all your orders like in other places. Simply order some (there is a limit per person and order, then you can order again in 20 minutes), wait and see if you're still hungry and order other things again, then again and again and so on. It's an all you can eat with a flat rate per person. Some dishes are special and cost extra (we hadn't any of those. The included menu is delicious). Otherwise almost every sushi always be reordered. Drinks can be ordered independently at any time.
This is definitely worth a stop when passing Kassels southern city and a must for sushi fans!

Online reviews stated this was the best place to eat sushi so we had to check out for ourselves, and it is absolutely true! We had an incredible evening, with amazing food and exceptional service. The owner is an absolute delight as is his son (if you read this, you did an incredible job young man!).

The card holds something for everyone, if you want something else than fish there are enough meat options. All food is of the highest quality and what really stands out are the sushi dishes that the owner thought of himself; the caramelized sushi was my absolute favorite, really tasty.

All in all I had a great experience, I look forward to bringing friends and family in the future and I wish the business all the best after the challenging corona times.

Well organized and yummy sushi. Quick and easy ordering. Everything is via a tablet and delivery of food and beverage are fast!
