The Hotel is well away from the town, eateries or shops but provides free parking, is bright and pleasant and has a good bar. Bedrooms were quiet and beds comfortable. Bathroom was very good. Whole place is very clean. The experience would be improved if tea making facilities were provided in room. I had to pay 2.60 Euro for a tiny cup of tea at the bar which was very poor value - as all I got was a tiny cup of hot water and tea bag, a bigger cup would not have disadvantaged the Hotel any

Outskirt of Kassel but cos of dokumenta 15, hotels were fully booked in the City. They only give towels but not clean the room cos of Pandemic..That's bad reason. All hotels I had been to, clean room everyday even during pandemic. And now , almost all restrictions are lifted, and they don't clean the room?? Nah, just bad service that's all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable also the air-conditioning was very much appreciated. The breakfast was good too.

Well i think the hotel was very good for the price. Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean with enough space. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was fresh, lots of different options and as much as you like . Very pleased. What more do you want for that price?

Maybe a better coffee and tea will help some customers to enjoy their morning

Standard Ibis hotel, clean and comfortable. Loses one star as the staff couldn't seem to handle the number of guests arriving despite three staff being available, so there were some minor faults in service.

Updating review Dec 2019 - stayed here again with a larger family group; 3 adults, a toddler and 2 dogs. I must say that the cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. The long check in time hasn't improved, and this time there was nobody in front of us, so I think they must have a complicated computer system. I would definitely stay here again on my route across Europe - simply a nice clean and quiet hotel to sleep in.

For the price.. great value and very friendly staff. Cute bathroom and nice sized rooms. Breakfast was 11 Euro and half price for kids. We also ate dinner as the location s a bit far out. No that much choice at all by foot. I dropped a star as I only booked breakfast as the reception told me there was gluten free bread. But actually at breakfast they didn't have any.. oh well. It was still worth the affordable over night price.
