It's cozy place to stay, the place is quiet, clean. The hotel is located nearby the central as well. Recommended

We stayed here last week of June ( 3 nights ,me and my wife) , in Kassel for Documenta , we loved this hotel , lets note that the hotel is under construction , expansion , adding floors and new entrance , new dinning area , etc . But this in no way affected our stay , quiet , great beds , we suggest a room on the street side for now . Staff very welcoming and friendly , nice temporary breakfast service that you can bring back to your room if you want , we just had good coffee and headed out for the day .
Well situated right on the tram line.
So I think this is now and will be when the work is done one of the better
hotels in Kassel ( even for the price, have seen a few in Kassel) , not gaudy or tacky , nice clean functional style , professional , functional .
All to say we highly recommend , all are expectations of a hotel where fulfilled . Thank you

I urge people to overthink booking at this Hotel:

dirty rooms; reception always closed and basically there is no personnel to speak to (except the cleaning staff, who doesn't wear gloves btw.); breakfast "to-go" in the narrow hallway; unclear instructions regarding the entrance to the hotel, which (as I've found out after searching) is through the garage and basement due to construction work

All in all this Hotel seems to be handled very sloppily, with little to no regard to quality, service or the general well-being of the (paying!) guests.

NEVER AGAIN!

And also not the worst location in city, really worth the money????????
