Must visit in kassel or on search of vegetarian food on a travel. We ordered hallomi bowl and burgers. It was fantastic. Their hospitality was very good and certainly marks for another drive there. Among the food joints with very limited veg options, this is an oasis for us.

Good place if you want to eat vegan. I had the burger and they made it a bit too spicy but some people like that. Be aware that you need cash and the closest atm is pretty far.

4 stars compared to similar restaurants in bigger cities. For Kassel, I'd have given it 5. Extremely friendly and attentive service. Food was delicious. Atmosphere so-so, portion size okay. Will eat here again.

Herbstapfel is a great restaurant with lots of vegan and vegetarian food options. You can sit inside and outside protected from the sun. We tried burgers, a bowl and their pasta dish and everything was delicious. Unfortunately, we were too full to try that awesome looking brownie as dessert - next time!:)

Wow! What an experience! We were only driving by Kassel and we saw the restaurant in google! Just a perfect experience! We loved it! We had the burger and also the chili bowl! Both were more than delicious! We can only recommend. The staff is friendly, even though it was a bit of a chaos! But totally recommend!
