Convenient location, relatively clean place, slow but manageable service, but the worst food experience! The fries tasted like someone dipped them in the Dead Sea how salty they were! And the chicken sandwich? Absolutely horrendous, mushy and blunt, hard to describe actually, barely edible. I usually finish my meal but this time I could not. Avoid it if possible. Visited in August 2022. Paid by card.

It’s at a relatively small train station but the staff doesn’t know how to handle small crowds. About 4 people were in front of me, all relatively small orders. Waited for 36!!! minutes in line and another 12 minutes for a burger and ice cream. The ice cream was molten already because it was done way before the burger was done. Disappointing. Fast food apparently means waiting for over 45 minutes while only 5-6 other costumers were in the restaurant.

It would be 5 stars but there this unfreundliche behandelung when some ppl work, on the other side if you come in right shift and miss this creatures, you will have very nice expirience.

Burger king is a much better place to eat in especially in bad hersfeld. My two to three freinds are working there. I ate many times from there and its really delicious and according to your choice. The best thing is there staff behavior with the customers. After all the second place is ali baba which is also not bad but without sitting area.

Worst Burger King I have seen so far, unfriendly staff and they can’t even speak english. They didn’t understand what WATER means and it took 5 minutes to understand it!!!
