Ich war 24 Jahre Patientin im Herzzentrum und fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben und bestens versorgt.
Leider hat sich durch die Übernahme von B.Braun soviel verschlechtert, dass ich mich nicht mehr gut aufgehoben fühle.
Nach 2,5 Stunden Wartezeit ( andere Patienten waren ebenso frustriert ) war ich endlich an der Reihe und sah den behandelnden Arzt 2 Minuten.
Sehr schlechte Organisation, aber ein hektisches Treiben bei dem man ganz nervös wurde.
Die emphatische Anteilnahme ist verschwunden und deshalb sehe ich mich gezwungen mir einen anderen Kardiologen zu suchen, denn diese Fließbandabfertigung ist nicht mein Ding.
Bei Dr.Utech und Prof. Neuzner und der lieben Fr. Eckart möchte ich allerdings recht herzlich für die jahrelange sehr gute Betreuung bedanken.
