Great brand, bad store.

Slow, long lines to pay. Only one cash register of 3 open despite how many people were waiting and the line of more than 15 people waiting to pay.

Love the brand with its stylistic innovations and variety offered at decent prices, but not this store in particular. Needs better management…

Terrible experience! After shopping for a jacket and pant in the mens section , we stood in the que to pay. There were atleast 10 people ahead of us, and only one cashier. When it was our turn, ( after almost 20 mins) we were told the credit card machine does not work, before we could even gather all the cash we could and pay, she rolls up the jacket and pant u0026 thrusts it back in our hands u0026 asks the next customer in line to come forward. When we insisted we can pay cash, she grabs the jacket u0026 pant and shoves it in a bag. This is simply not how you handover an expensive Jacket to the customer. Less said the better about her rude behavior. Never ever will I shop at this outlet. The employe needs to understand she isn’t doing anyone a favor.

Jeans are nice from ZARA but what ist not good there was only one employee doing everything at Friday

This store is just getting worst and worst, range they are presenting and how, staff attitude and non friendly atmosphere. Wow I have to give them 2 as its still Zara but maybe 1 star will be more appropriate. Petty it's the only Zara in the area...

My worst experience in this shop... Wanted to return a coat bought 3 days ago and they would not let me return it as their policy was broken because the coat did not have the original tag on it, allthough it did not had one... I checked in the store and ther were other coats without original tag on them for sale, still no refund... Horrible customer centricity, do not go there!!!
