As a foreigner, a Asian . it is really difficult to live in a country like this, especially when there are many refugees who didn’t had many education or didn’t even travel so much. Only can see such a small view. But still hope those peoples life can get better.
The waiter here is not German. He treats me was very rude.
I will talk to their company too.
This is not ok.

The waitresses are rude and the food and coffe is bad. They gave me the change wrong and when I tried to tell them that there was money missing, they pretended they didn’t understand me. If at least the food/coffe was good, but it was awful. Not worth it at all

Rude staff, bread doesnt taste good and it was cold. I also saw flies on the bread.

They do not label things and prices correctly and are then angry if you complain about it as you are unwilling to pay twice the price which was marked. The quality of the goods is terrible - one of the worst in the entire city. This shop is a disgrace of a bakery and you should not support this bakery factory.

I went there to buy a sandwich and I was able to have a bottle of water included for half price, but they didn't tell me about the offer, and when I found out a couple of minutes later because of the offer on the wall which was behind me when being served I then asked to pay half price for the bottle of water, but he said sorry the till closed now and we cannot change it!!! Terrible customer service hence my 1 star. Dankeschön!

Coffee is not bad... but indeed more expensive than other shops inside the station.
