I booked at Sta Travel a journey to "Cambodia and Vietnam".
The employees at Sta Travel were very friendly and the booking process was fun because of the pleasant atmosphere in the shop.

The employee Nadine has own experiences with travelling in Asia and it was a good feeling to know about that. I had to change my flight because of the "Corona Crisis" and she supported me to find a good alternative for my cancelled flight.

In summary, I was more than satisfied with the support from Sta Travel in Karlsruhe and will book my next travel again at this place.

My travel insurance didn't get extended, they weren't able to book a second piece of luggage to my flight and were very unfriendly. I can't recommend them at all!
