The worst car rental experience of my life. A guy called "Benedict Reinelt" refused my French licence because it was slightly torn (but still accepted by the French police and all French authorities). He questioned my honesty and implied that my licence was fake. I offered to give him a French administrative document proving that my French licence was real but he still refused any document. As a result, he refused to give me the vehicle even though I had driven more than an hour to collect it. For foreign customers, I recommend you do not use sixt or this agency, they can ruin your holiday. (I would like to point out that the car rental cost more than 600€ and that it took several days before I was refunded).

This branch is ridiculous. From the start the staff were rude and had us wait 3.5 hours to receive any car keys, after we paid and signed. And then charged my card for those hours!

I had always a great experience booking and collecting cars at the Karlsruhe Siemens Allee, the staff are nice and very helpful each time I had to collect a reserved car.

Excellent service. International friendly and a good collection of vehicles available for rent. I rented a Mercedes transporter for a while and it was well maintained. It did have some damage but it did what it was supposed to without trouble

Sixt is a good normal international car rental company. The service is good and the cars are as well.
Usually especially at this rather small location you can expect an upgrade of the vehicle.

They cheat me. Bill was 76 € . At the end i pay 135 € for 4 hours.
