The worst place I have ever stayed in. First, after we went to the location we had to walk for another 3 km just to get the cards for the room. They did not service my room before I moved in. The bed and the bath were covered in hairs from the person that was there before me. The soap and shampoo were used. I tried to phone them, but nobody picked up. The tried to convince me by e-mail that my room was cleaned on Monday even tho I was there since Sunday and every day I found the room the same way I leave it. Bonus points for the broken sink stained bath sink and poor internet.

The apartments are very nice. They are cleaned every week and washer is in the building itself so you can also do laundry easily and it is in city center so you have got all shops and stores at walking distance.

I do not want to be a hater, but this was not the best apartment I have ever been into. The only kinda good part was the location. The rooms look like they have not seen a proper cleaning and construction for some time. The service was let's say mediocre. I will not go there again.

I needed an invoice for our group stay. We were in different rooms. I sent 2 emails, one from personal and one from bussiness acc, tried several calls to office in working hours (10:00 - 14:00).
NO response!
After a week still no invoice!

Völlig komplizierter Check in, nicht mal an der Unterkunft. Zimmer sind echt armselig. Billigste Einrichtung, Bilder folgen. Zimmer und Geschirr dreckig, nur 1 Messer in der Küche. Haben seit über 3 Stunden keinen Strom im Apartment.. Wasser läuft im Bad nicht ab. Kühlschrank kaputt. Lasst euch von den schönen Fotos nicht täuschen.. Ich muss noch 2 Nächste dort verbringen. Die Zimmer sind dreckig, im Kühlschrank waren noch die Lebensmittel vom Vormieter.
Die Küchenutensilien waren versifft. Nachdem das Management 2mal angeschrieben wurde, hat sich endlich mal was getan(zwar nicht viel aber immerhin).
Die dreckigen Pfannen wurden entfernt aber nicht ersetzt . Im Wasserkocher werden immer noch Pilze gezüchtet. Anstatt die Mängel zu beheben wurde uns ein Föhn zur Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Den einen Stern vergebe ich nur weil der Supermarkt um die Ecke wirklich gut ist.

Leider gab es mehrere Mängel. Wir haben 100% gezahlt aber nur 70% Leistung erhalten. Einen Teilbetrag des Geldes für die Mängel haben wir natürlich nicht zurück bekommen. Also nicht gerade kundenfreundlich.

Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher hat komplett gefehlt. Das WLAN hat gar nicht funktioniert. Die Lüftung im Bad war defekt und die kostenlosen Parkplätze waren auch nicht vorhanden. Der Boden im Bad war dreckig und einen Wasserkocher gab es auch nicht. Weiterhin war ein Fenster kaputt. Man konnte es nicht schließen. Der Rest des Appartements war sauber aber das kann man ja wohl auch erwarten.
