Delicious, quality food which never disappoints.

Although we were told there would be a delay in food it came way quicker than expected yet still had to wait for drinks.

Really nice and cosy place! Delicious meals. But be prepared to extreme waiting times. Between ordering and receiving your order 50-60 minutes is okay for Purino. In a rush hour it takes longer.

The place is beautiful and the staff is courteous and prompt but food is average.

We ordered a bottle of water which arrived warm. Lots of student staff who wasn't very good at service. But the food was good (4 stars) but the tiramisu was nowhere near authentic (so 3 start rating) but a good option for a nice meal.

This was one of our WORST EXPERIENCES. I visited them on the 30th Sep with my kids and family.

We ordered the food and the wait time was more than 45 mins. First, the Soup arrived and it was ice cold. I made them take it back and supposedly they heated it in a MICROWAVE. This heated the soup in the top, but inside was still cold and we canceled the soup. Upon asking they said, they have to microwave. Next the pizza arrived which was hard and tasted like Paper. Upon complaining, they said we have new staff.. Funny isn't it !!!?

A few years back, we used to visit PURiNO regularly and used to enjoy it. Off-late this place had Deteriorated itself in all senses.

People go to restaurants for the good food, ambience and the experience. We did not find any of it. I wish I could could give negative ratings here.

WE ARE NEVER RETURNING TO THIS GOD AWFUL PLACE EVER AGAIN.

I was laid off three weeks after my probation work started. Worked extra time on my first two trial days. Got home after three weeks to find a letter saying I’d been laid off with no reason stated in the letter.
Got a call two days later from them explaining why I had been laid off and it was because they didn’t have enough hours for all the workers. I didn’t think that was a nice way fire someone.

Anyways, food is really delicious over all, and the workers are nice too. But for the managers, can’t say same for them all. Would recommend as a place to eat, but not to work :)

Great Spot vor for alfresco dining. A playground next to the outside area. Plenty of green spaces for bigger kids. The pizza and pastas are great. Been back twice already. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices.
